Brokerhaus Collective is built and run by two founders who treat the Broker of Record relationship as exactly that — a relationship, not a line item.

Founder & CEO

Leah's been a licensed Managing Broker in Indiana since 2011 — back when nobody had opinions about AI pricing tools yet. Since then she's run real estate operations for portfolios as small as 3,000 homes and as large as 30,000+, most recently as VP at Sylvan Road Capital, where she turned chaotic, multi-site messes into disciplined operations — pushing occupancy from ~85% to a stabilized ~95% and retention from ~40% to ~70% along the way. She's still an active Managing Broker of Record today, which means she's not theorizing about supervision from behind a desk — she's doing the job herself. That's the bar we vet every broker against before we ever make an introduction — real experience, sat in the chair, not just a license on file.

Tiffany has spent years in operations — vendor operations, onboarding, procurement, renewals — always the person building the process that makes a business actually run smoothly. At Sylvan Road Capital, that meant standardizing onboarding across multi-market portfolios, keeping CRM data audit-ready, and getting Operations, Finance, and Marketing to actually agree on something before a deal closed. That's the exact muscle Brokerhaus runs on: vetting the right broker for the right firm and building the operational layer — intake, matching, follow-through — so every introduction is backed by real diligence, not guesswork. Tiffany leads growth and the systems behind it, so the match is never left to chance.

Brokerhaus Collective, LLC is a consulting and concierge matching service. We are not a real estate brokerage, we do not conduct or participate in real estate transactions, and we do not process, hold, or pass through payments of any kind between operators and brokers. All fees paid to Brokerhaus Collective, LLC are for consulting and concierge services provided by the company and are retained by the company. All Broker of Record engagements, terms, and compensation are arranged directly between the parties.
