Leah has held her Indiana Managing Broker license since 2011 and has spent the fifteen years since leading operations for residential portfolios as small as 3,000 homes and as large as 30,000+, most recently as a VP turning multi-site chaos into disciplined, repeatable execution. She's seen firsthand what happens when the broker of record is treated as paperwork: compliance gaps, consumer risk, and organizations that quietly erode. But she's also seen the opposite, and it's what she's most passionate about: when the right broker and the right operator find each other, the whole organization gets stronger. That relationship is the reason Brokerhaus exists. Still an active Managing Broker of Record herself, Leah knows exactly what the job demands when it's done right.
